• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,878 - $2,087
• Location: Greensboro, North Carolina
• Setting: On-site acute hospital case management
• Start Date: 8/17/2026
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days
• Shifts Per Week: 5
• Hours Per Week: 40

Registered Nurse Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RN case management experience required
• Acute hospital experience required
• No first-time travelers
• Experience with ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, and Observation specialties required
• Previous charge nurse experience required
• Experience in case management and utilization review required
• Strong background in discharge planning, needs assessment, durable medical equipment coordination, and plan of care development
• Regulatory experience with CMS standards required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records required

Case Management RN Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across the continuum to support safe, timely, and effective transitions
• Perform utilization review and case management activities in an acute care setting
• Develop and implement discharge plans based on patient needs and clinical goals
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Arrange appropriate post-acute services and order durable medical equipment as needed
• Ensure plans of care align with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards
• Support compliance with CMS guidelines and other regulatory requirements
• Document accurately and efficiently within Epic
