Part-Time Receptionist

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to our client who specializes in non profit services for the Des Moines area. • On-Site

• Greet and assist visitors; answer and direct phone calls
• Open and close the building; manage mail, email, and check logs
• Maintain conference rooms, common areas, kitchen, and supply inventory
• Coordinate meeting room setup and technology needs
• Monitor office equipment and coordinate service requests
• Provide clerical support, including data entry, scanning, filing, mailings, and document preparation
• Help maintain accurate records in the organizational database (iPhi)
• Support staff meetings, meal coordination, and procedure updates
• Deliver excellent customer service to donors, fund holders, and stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure organized, efficient office operations

• Associate degree preferred; 1-3 years of reception or administrative experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; Excel and database experience helpful
• Comfortable learning new software and handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
