Endur Application Analyst

On behalf of our customer in the Energy Trading Sector we are looking for an Endur Application Support Analyst for a long term contract.

This role is 5 days per week onsite in the Houston Oil & Gas corridor

Mid-Senior Level

rate: $60-100 Per hour, depending on skills can be negotiated

12 months + extensions

Key Skills

• Support the CTRM and connected upstream/downstream applications for intraday and end-of-day activities. Ensure data feeds function as intended and accurate data is uploaded to the ledger applications, credit management systems, etc.
• Ensure time-critical batch steps run successfully. Conduct root-cause analysis for failures and perform corrective actions such as fixing pricing issues, resolving trade setup problems, and debugging database and system performance issues.
• Log and prioritize tickets in the issue tracking system. Collaborate with the Service Desk to route requests to the appropriate resources and escalate complex issues requiring specialized knowledge.

Technical expertise

• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT, with at least 3 years specifically within the energy trading domain.
• Proven experience working on a fast-paced trading floor and supporting traders during peak hours is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in OpenLink Endur , specifically for North American Gas and Power markets.
• Hands-on experience with Endur OpenJVS and general proficiency in Java, .NET, or similar languages.
• Good experience with CTRM Application support including upstream/downstream systems. (E.g. Understands business workflow, trade life cycle and operations).
• Must have business knowledge of North American Gas and Power trade life cycle.
• Working knowledge of ISO power markets and FTR trade booking.
