Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting surgical procedures by efficiently preparing and organizing the operating room
• Ensuring sterile fields while strictly following infection control protocols
• Passing instruments and essential supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants
• Preparing and managing surgical instruments and equipment before, during, and post-surgery
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring all supplies are ready for each operation
• Collaborating seamlessly with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for optimal patient care
• Keeping accurate surgical counts and proper documentation

Education Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

Certifications Needed:

• Mandatory current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
