Business Development Consultant (BDC) – Automotive Northwest Hills Chevrolet GMC Cadillac Northwest Hills Chevrolet GMC Cadillac is growing and looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Business Development Consultant to join our team. If you have automotive BDC experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy building relationships with customers, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: Handle inbound sales and service inquiries via phone, text, email, and chat. Schedule appointments and help drive showroom traffic. Follow up with leads quickly and professionally. Build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional experience. Create engaging video responses and be comfortable appearing on camera. Maintain accurate records and customer communications in the CRM. Work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities. What We're Looking For: Previous automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership experience required. Excellent phone and communication skills. Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video messages. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
