Telemetry Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The RN will monitor cardiac and vital signs, ensuring prompt intervention when necessary. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor telemetry equipment and interpret cardiac rhythms accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient information thoroughly and maintain accurate records.
• Respond swiftly to patient emergencies and escalate concerns when needed.
• Educate patients and family members on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license valid in the practicing state.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in telemetry nursing or acute care settings.
• Proficient in interpreting cardiac rhythms and telemetry monitoring.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including every other week and holiday shifts.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
