$2105.28/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive telemetry nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality outcomes through effective assessment and intervention. Responsibilities: Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and notify physicians of any critical changes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting all interventions accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions and procedures. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards. Qualifications: Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac care nursing. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
