Accounting Manager

KBW has partnered with a growing professional services company in their search for an accounting Manager. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, and general ledger activities. Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Lead and streamline the monthly close process. Prepare financial schedules, variance analyses, and management reporting. Oversee billing, accounts receivable, cash application, aging, and collections. Monitor working capital and AR metrics and identify opportunities to improve cash flow. Support annual audits, bank reviews, lender requests, and covenant reporting. Provide financial analysis related to revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and working capital. Identify opportunities to automate and improve accounting processes. Participate in system implementations and reporting enhancements. Serve as a trusted accounting resource and business partner to operational leadership. We're looking for someone who: Has approximately 7+ years of progressive accounting experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Has supervisory or team leadership experience. Is comfortable working across multiple accounting and business systems. Can think strategically while remaining willing to roll up their sleeves and handle the details. Compensation $110,000-130,000 and comprehensive benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
