THIS IS A W2 CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

MAX RATE IS $25hr FIRM

Role Overview

• The CSR role is transaction-heavy and system-focused, primarily working in SAP.
• Core focus is data entry, purchase order creation, and problem-solving.
• Candidates must be comfortable handling high-volume data entry with cycle time expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with purchasing/procurement systems.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Ability to work proactively with strong ownership.
• Minimum: High School diploma + 5 years of experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and manage Purchase Orders in SAP (e.g., ME23N).
• Perform high-volume data entry across SAP and additional reporting tools.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming data from engineering partners.
• Transfer validated data to sourcing teams or send inquiries to suppliers. 
• Work within a shared team mailbox/function to process and rout0065 requests.
• Support procurement transaction workflows and supplier communications.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong data entry experience (critical)
• Experience in creating purchase orders (POs)
• SAP experience (must be able to navigate system)

Soft Skills (Highly Emphasized)

• Problem solving mindset
• Ownership and accountability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Coachable, teachable, and flexible

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to automation, scripts, or process improvements

Work Schedule / Environment

• Onsite: Monday–Thursday
• Remote: Friday
• Flexible but onsite expectation is 4 days/week
