Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to identify their psychosocial needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), actively participating in meetings to ensure integrated care.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Provide individual and family counseling to support the client's detox process, offering guidance and emotional support to enhance their coping strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about the detoxification process and available resources, ensuring they understand the steps to recovery.

• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations, adhering to ethical guidelines and standards of practice within the social work profession.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and team members, working collaboratively to create a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing the challenges of addiction, particularly those undergoing detoxification. Qualifications\n
