Responsibilities What you will do: Serve as the senior day-to-day client lead and trusted advisor, building executive-level relationships and providing strategic counsel that drives client business objectives. Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies and creative briefs, partnering with Strategy, Creative, Analytics, and senior leadership to deliver impactful campaigns. Oversee complex, multi-channel campaigns from conception through execution, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and measurable business results. Champion work that effectively connects with multicultural audiences, with a particular focus on U.S. Hispanic and African American consumers and culturally relevant marketing approaches. Provide leadership across cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration among Account, Creative, Strategy, Production, Media, and Project Management teams. Lead client meetings, business reviews, and presentations, confidently presenting strategic recommendations, performance results, and growth opportunities. Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through organic growth, new initiatives, and innovative marketing solutions. Monitor campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends to develop data-driven recommendations and optimize future initiatives. Drive financial accountability across accounts, including budget oversight, forecasting, profitability management, scope development, and billing accuracy. Ensure teams are effectively managing timelines, deliverables, and resources while proactively mitigating project risks. Collaborate with agency leadership on resource planning, account health, and business development initiatives. Integrate emerging AI technologies into daily workflows to support innovation, automation, and operational excellence. Qualifications What you need to succeed: 8+ years of advertising agency experience, including significant client leadership responsibilities and experience managing complex integrated marketing programs. Required experience developing and leading campaigns targeting Hispanic/African America/Multicultural audiences. Experience managing bilingual creative development and production. Proven track record of building trusted client relationships and leading strategic business conversations with senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of integrated marketing disciplines, including digital, social, experiential, content, CRM, video, and traditional media. Demonstrated success managing large budgets, scopes of work, forecasts, and agency profitability. Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and inspire internal teams. Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior and mid-level account professionals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable business recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms. Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding client service and business results. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
