Reports to: Call Center Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Dialer Administrator & Operations Assistant to join our team. In this dual-impact role, you will be the primary technical lead for our outbound dialing system while providing critical administrative support to our Call Center Manager. You will ensure our agents stay productive by managing call flows, optimizing campaign strategies, and delivering the daily reports that drive our decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dialer Management: Configure and maintain our automated dialing system (e.g., software like Five9, Genesys, or VICIdial]). This includes managing predictive/progressive modes, call pacing, and answering machine detection.
- Campaign Strategy: Upload lead lists, set up calling cadences, and manage "Kill Lists" or DNC (Do Not Call) suppressions to ensure 100% regulatory compliance (TCPA/DNC).
- Performance Reporting: Track and interpret daily KPIs such as contact rates, conversion rates, and agent occupancy. Build dashboards to highlight trends across different teams and campaigns.
- Management Support: Assist the Call Center Manager with administrative functions, including scheduling, workflow adjustments, and troubleshooting agent technical issues.
- Optimization: Monitor live call pacing and agent idle time, making real-time adjustments to maximize efficiency.
- Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–4 years in a call center environment, with at least 1 year specifically in dialer administration or workforce management (WFM).
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with CRM software.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of outbound dialing regulations, including TCPA and FDCPA guidelines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively with IT and operations teams.
