Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that facilitate recovery from orthopedic conditions, ensuring alignment with each patient's physician-directed plan of care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education, to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Achilles Sports Medicine, you will treat a diverse patient population ranging from young athletes to active seniors managing various orthopedic conditions. Your clinical expertise will assist patients recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
