This position supports product selection, forecasting, trend analysis, assortment planning, and vendor negotiations. This position thrives off analytical attention, creative passion for sports, and a deep interest in players and statistics. From product selection to allocation, Buyers capitalize on all opportunities to drive business and offer incredible product in all Rally House stores nationwide.ResponsibilitiesAllocate merchandise to stores based on inventory analysisCollaborate with Marketing and E-commerce teams to drive merchandise sales in stores and onlineManage a low volume of purchase orders, including purchase order creation, inventory logistics, receiving, and allocationPerform entry-level forecasting, reporting, and sales analysisEnsure vendor compliance with shipping and pricing policiesWork independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlinesIdentify trends for new products, graphics, and Rally House exclusivesSkills and KnowledgeAble to communicate with others in a clear and confident manner, Excellent project management and prioritization skills, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Strong negotiation skillsQualifications2 years of previous buying experienceAdvanced Excel experience requiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipmentAble to clearly view and read information on a computer screenOccasionally lift or move items up to 15 poundsPay Range$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr Rally House
