Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) – Home Health

Locations: Lompoc Pay: $34–$38/hr Sign-On Bonus: $400 Shifts: AM Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm Daily & Weekly Pay Options

What You'll Do

• Provide patient care based on specific care plans and physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and other providers
• Educate patients and families on conditions and treatments
• Accurately chart and report changes in patient conditions
• Communicate effectively with families and staff
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Active LVN license in California
• 1 year of LVN experience within the last 3 years
• Current CPR (AHA or Red Cross, live demo)
• Negative TB test or Chest X-ray (within 12 months)
• Recent Physical Exam (within 12 months)
• Completed Clinical Skills Assessment
• Completion of Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
