Staff Accountant

Maintain accuracy and integrity of daily accounting transactions and records Process invoices and vendor payments Review accounts payable activity and reconcile vendor statements Process lockbox transactions and apply customer payments accurately Support collections efforts and perform accounts receivable functions Monitor Member account receivables and follow up on outstanding balances Assist with account reconciliations and month‑end close activities Participate in special projects and perform additional accounting duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, preferred 1–5 years of accounting experience, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable responsibilities Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas Experience working within an ERP system required Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Bell & Associates, Inc.
