We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our family-owned and operated commercial laundry equipment business. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and is eager to grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls; take and relay messages professionally.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
- Print, scan, and electronically file documents.
- Track invoices and payments with accuracy.
- Utilize QuickBooks to create quotes, generate invoices, receive payments, and set up new customers (required).
- Receive and verify incoming parts for service and inventory.
- Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Provide general administrative and office support.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
- Professional demeanor and communication skills.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and general PC use).
- Ability to conduct online research and gather data.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Language: Fluent in English (required)
