Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological well-being, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, setting measurable goals with client input.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for exploration and healing.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering stronger relationships.

• Maintain accurate client records, including assessment outcomes, treatment progress, and session notes, ensuring documentation meets organizational standards.

• Regularly review clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs and therapeutic milestones.

• Engage in crisis intervention when required, offering immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
