Join us and start doing your life's best work.As an Associate Technical Support Analyst, you will be tasked with providing level 2, desktop support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktop, laptop and tablet computers both remotely and face-to-face at our walk-up locations.Primary Responsibilities:Analyze and investigateProvide explanations and interpretations within area of expertiseProvide local and remote technical support for United Health Groups shared desktop applicationsUse pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within the area of expertiseInvestigate non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from othersWork exclusively within a specific knowledge areaPrioritize and organize your own work to meet deadlinesProvide explanations and information to others on topics within the area of expertise.Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvementWhat are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.83 per hour based on full-time employment.
