Front Office ManagerAt SpringHill Suites Corona, we're looking for a hands-on Front Office Manager who loves hospitality, develops people, and understands that great guest experiences are created one interaction at a time.This isn't a behind-the-desk management role. We're looking for a leader who is visible in the lobby, engages with guests, coaches in the moment, and helps a team build the confidence and consistency needed to deliver an exceptional Marriott experience.The right person will bring strong front office operations experience, but just as importantly, will be a teacher, coach, and role model for the team.What You'll DoLead from the front, with a visible and engaged presence in the lobby and guest areasSet the expectation for warm welcomes, guest recognition, efficient check-ins, and genuine hospitalityCoach and develop Front Desk associates through observation, real-time feedback, and ongoing trainingHelp associates build confidence and proficiency with Marriott systems, standards, and service expectationsIdentify training gaps and create practical ways to improve performance and consistencyMonitor guest feedback and service results, identify trends, and turn them into actionable coaching and operational improvementsLead service recovery and empower associates to confidently resolve guest concernsReinforce Marriott Bonvoy recognition, enrollment, and elite-member experience standardsPartner with Housekeeping, Engineering, Breakfast, Sales, and hotel leadership to create a seamless guest experienceManage Front Office scheduling, labor productivity, departmental costs, and operational prioritiesParticipate in the Manager on Duty program and remain actively involved in hotel operationsRecognize great performance, celebrate wins, and help create a team culture where associates understand how their work impacts the guestWhat We're Looking ForPrevious hotel Front Office leadership experience requiredMarriott brand experience strongly preferredExperience with Marriott systems, including Power of M, highly preferredA strong trainer and coach who enjoys developing people with different learning styles and experience levelsSomeone who notices the details: the guest waiting to be acknowledged, the associate who needs support, or the process that is slowing down serviceConfident handling guest concerns and turning difficult experiences into positive onesStrong communication, organization, and follow-throughComfortable balancing guest experience, associate development, and operational performanceA leader who is willing to jump in alongside the team when the lobby gets busyThe Leader We Think Will Thrive HereYou're energized by being around guests and associates.
