Senior Recruiter

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Johnston, RI - 4days onsite
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension/conversion


Pay Range:$50-$65/h ron W2
What's the Job?

• Manage all hiring activities for assigned business units, including exempt and nonexempt roles.
• Identify and attract top talent through innovative sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
• Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
