You arrive at the office ready to provide the excellent service our trusted company is known for. Exhibiting your ability to connect with customers easily, you tackle various essential tasks, including taking incoming calls, dispatching calls to notify clients of any schedule changes, and completing daily call logs and reports.Our office could not operate without you, and you take great pride in the hard work you do every day. You thoroughly enjoy serving others and playing an important part in keeping our air conditioning and heating company running smoothly!QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to develop tools that create efficiencies within a departmentKnowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointFluency in both English and Spanish would be a plus. An associate degree would also be preferred, but is not required. Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Can you manage your time well and effectively prioritize tasks? Do you present yourself professionally? Can you easily establish a good rapport with people? Are you reliable and flexible? Can you work both independently and as part of a team? If yes, you might just be perfect for this office position!WORK SCHEDULEThis position works in our office Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Additionally, we provide a full hour for lunch. This is not a work-from-home position. There will be a weekly rotating on-call schedule from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
