Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Manager

We're hiring a Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Manager to help build the engine that drives our company's revenue growth. You will connect and improve how our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams work together. Your main goal is to test, iterate, and continuously improve our entire GTM process to help us grow efficiently. You should be eager to use and well-versed in modern technology, including AI, to streamline our operations.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Assist in improving our entire revenue process, from identifying a lead to closing a deal and account expansion (lead → close → expansion).
• Identify ways to generate additional leads, speed up sales cycles, and increase overall conversion rates.
• Ensure new playbooks are properly documented and updated

Data and Systems

• Manage and optimize our GTM technology stack (tools like HubSpot, Gong, and sequencing tools).
• Ensure we have clean, reliable data and accurate reporting on where our revenue comes from (attribution).
• Proactively help identify when the team is off-track when it comes to key metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales rep performance.
• Automate manual tasks by designing smarter systems.

GTM Enablement

• Work with leaders to create practical training and support, focusing on real-world skills like deal qualification and call coaching.
• Roll out clear processes (playbooks) and consistent messaging to Account Executives (AEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
• Make sure new tools and processes are used effectively by the teams - setting KPIs and reviewing them regularly.
• Use tools like Gong to base training on actual performance data - surface calls to leadership that exemplify process execution and those that fall short.

AI & Automation

• Champion the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to make our GTM process faster and smarter.
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to boost sales team productivity.
• Help build internal "AI agents" or "copilots" for our sales team.

Planning & Forecasting

• Work directly with the CRO, CFO and CEO on critical planning tasks: setting sales quotas, capacity planning, and building forecasting models.
• Help ensure we have a reliable and predictable revenue model.

Team Alignment

• Serve as the key link between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Ensure these teams are aligned on important topics like our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), target market, and how we talk about our product (messaging/positioning).

What We're Looking For (Requirements/ Experience)

• 5–8 years of experience in GTM teams.
• At least 1-2 years in a GTM Operations, RevOps, or Sales Ops role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven experience supporting sales teams focused on larger (mid-market and enterprise) customers.
• Experience supporting sales of technical or complex products is a bonus.

Core Skills

• Expert knowledge of sales processes, pipelines, and GTM funnels.
• Strong experience managing sales systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
• Highly skilled in data analysis, reporting, and building performance dashboards (using tools like Excel/Sheets).
• Excellent ability to turn high-level strategy into clear, executable operational steps.

AI Focus (Critical)

• This is a critical requirement: You must have an AI-Native Mindset.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in GTM is preferred, or a strong willingness to learn and quickly adopt them.
• You are excited to redesign how GTM teams operate using automation and AI.
