Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an SLP in Michigan
• Prior experience in school-based settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication, language, and speech disorders

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students as part of their IEPs
• Administer assessments and contribute expert recommendations for student services
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teachers and families
• Document ongoing progress, maintain accurate records, and complete required paperwork in a timely manner
• Provide resources, strategies, and guidance for educators and caregivers to support student success
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology
