Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Bayly Inc is a full-time, on-site position based in Thomasville, GA. Qualified Part time and internship candidates will be considered. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to company leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing correspondence and presentations. Daily responsibilities include handling phone calls and emails, maintaining files and records, coordinating internal and external meetings, and preparing and tracking expense reports. The role also involves supporting executive decision-making by gathering information, summarizing key data, and ensuring follow-up on action items. This position requires strong attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Demonstrated Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination. Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks such as document preparation, record keeping, and office organization. Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
