Community Specialist | Forum on Peachtree Pkwy. Job Summary The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, including engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities such as supporting lululemon product seeding and attending local studios. They develop and sustain local key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other relevant community partners to provide synergistic value. The Community Specialist also delivers a world‑class guest experience when working on the floor, leveraging community insight to enhance guest connections. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring the Community strategy to life. Establish and manage local key relationships (e.g., Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners) to increase new guest acquisition and retention. Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and elevate the store’s reputation as a community hub. Connect with guests on the floor to assess their needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into a seamless end‑to‑end experience. Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events. Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors. Review community‑relevant business data and metrics to share insights and recommendations with store leadership regarding events and initiatives. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences. Job Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Must have reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store. Schedule / Availability Work schedule varies based on store needs. Typical shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. During peak times or special events, early mornings or late nights/overnights may be scheduled. Experience 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building. Job Assets (Nice to Have) Education: High school diploma/GED or above. Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners; motivating team members to achieve goals. Compensation & Benefits Package Base Pay Range: $21.00–$24.16 per hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour. Total Target Base Pay Range: $23.00–$26.16 per hour.
