Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work with your leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them. Lead a team of Assistant Managers, helping them set their own goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve. Hire and develop Assistant and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience running high-volume quick-service restaurant locations. Strong background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is desired. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
