In this role, you will lead the design and development of complex software solutions, websites, and cross-platform applications using the .NET framework. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, secure, and scalable digital architectures. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing clean, efficient code and mentoring junior engineers to achieve technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Architect, build, and scale reliable .NET software systems. Clean Coding: Write clean, testable, and secure code using C# and .NET frameworks. SDLC Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from initial concept through deployment. System Modernization: Refactor, update, and optimize existing legacy applications for performance. Team Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain quality standards. Collaboration: Work with product owners to estimate timelines and scope technical solutions. Troubleshooting: Debug complex production bugs and system performance bottlenecks. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.  Technical Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Experience: 12+ years of professional software engineering experience using Microsoft technologies. Framework Mastery: In-depth proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET 8/9, and ASP.NET MVC. Database Management: Strong experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, database design, and query optimization. Web & API Development: Proven track record of building and consuming RESTful APIs and Web APIs. Cloud Architecture: Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Front-End Tools: Familiarity with modern web stacks including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or Angular/React.
