Sr. Treasury Analyst

Senior Treasury Analyst Senior Treasury Analyst responsible for daily and monthly treasury accounting functions, overseeing cash and debt obligations, financial modeling, and executive reporting. Responsibilities Provide expert-level reporting, forecasting, analysis and modeling to support executive decision-making. Review daily and weekly cash reports; maintain and update the cash forecast model; monitor inflows/outflows and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain the cash forecasting model and liaise with vendors to resolve issues. Conduct long‑term financial analysis, including capital forecasting and multi‑year projections using trend, variance and scenario analysis. Support the firm’s capital planning process by assessing capital needs, evaluating investment opportunities and optimizing capital allocation. Evaluate and update payment schedules for outstanding debt, ensuring compliance with debt covenants and optimizing cash flow. Monitor activities under the Master Lease Agreement with Commerce Bank, ensuring accurate transaction recording. Support shareholder management activities, maintaining schedules and applications related to ownership, stock options, shareholder notes and treasury stock. Provide ad‑hoc decision support and complex financial analysis to executive and board‑level leadership across Treasury, Tax, Real Estate and Procurement. Develop and maintain the annual budget and quarterly forecast for the Corporate Finance department. Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff and lead special treasury and financial analysis projects. Incorporate innovative technologies into financial analysis, models and forecasts. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field with 6 years of accounting, treasury and cash management experience; or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Strong finance and business acumen. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts to executive leadership and board members. Proactive self‑starter who drives projects and collaborates effectively with cross‑functional teams. Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial software and modeling tools. Independent problem solver with strategic thinking and technical expertise. Strong ownership of assignments and commitment to deadlines. Leadership experience facilitating ad‑hoc assignments and mentoring junior staff. Subject‑matter expert in treasury and financial analysis. Preferred CPA/CTP certification.
