Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Support clients in navigating challenges related to mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate client records within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management and share best practices.

• Stay informed about industry regulations and ethical considerations to ensure compliance across all services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults aged 18 and older, many of whom are managing their mental health challenges during critical life transitions. We seek to serve a diverse clientele, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and those from various minority backgrounds. As you interact with clients, your empathy and insight will directly contribute to enhancing their quality of life as they navigate complex emotional landscapes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license to practice in the State of New York.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
