Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual one-on-one counseling sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, providing tailored support to individuals facing mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State, with no history of disciplinary actions.

• Proven expertise in clinical social work practice, particularly in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Comfortable using technology and electronic health record systems to manage client information securely.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with mental health populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
