About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established and growing insurance agency south of Madison to hire a Licensed Customer Service Associate specializing in Property & Casualty insurance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys building client relationships, providing exceptional service, and working in a collaborative agency environment. The agency works heavily within both personal and commercial lines and is open to candidates with experience in either area.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and confident handling policy servicing, renewals, client communication, and day-to-day agency support. For individuals interested in expanding their career long-term, there is also potential to grow into a sales-focused role over time.

What You’ll Do
Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and new business
Assist clients with billing questions, coverage questions, and policy servicing needs
Provide certificates and proof of insurance documentation
Support both personal and commercial lines accounts
Work closely with underwriters and carriers to gather required information
Follow up with clients regarding documentation, payments, and policy updates
Maintain accurate client records and organized communication
Assist with quoting and proposal preparation
Deliver outstanding customer service and relationship management

What We’re Looking For
Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance License required
Previous Property & Casualty insurance experience required
Experience in personal lines, commercial lines, or both will be considered
Strong communication and client service skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
Comfortable learning agency systems and technology
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
