Why Alera Group Meaningful Impact– Help clients and employees navigate programs that drive retention, engagement, and satisfaction Growth & Learning– Opportunities to deepen your expertise and gain exposure to a variety of clients and industries Collaborative Culture– Work in a team‑oriented environment that values accountability, partnership, and the principles of The Collaborative Way Responsibilities Client Partnership & Risk Strategy Support clients with coverage placement, renewals, claims coordination, policy analysis and day‑to‑day servicing across personal lines accounts including home, auto, umbrella, and flood Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes, submit documentation and resolve service requests efficiently Contribute to retention and growth initiatives through account reviews, remarketing, account rounding and cross‑selling Evaluate client exposures and recommend coverage changes while clearly explaining options to support informed decision‑making Operational Excellence Maintain documentation in agency management systems such as Sagitta ImageRight or similar platforms Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, internal procedures and policy accuracy standards Support audits, reporting and workflow management as needed Manage account‑servicing activities with accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail Strategic Contribution Assist in identifying coverage gaps, exposures and risk mitigation strategies Partner on new business opportunities by supporting submissions and client transitions Contribute to process improvements that enhance client experience and operational efficiency Qualifications What You Bring Required Two or more years of Personal Lines Property and Casualty account management experience Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages and underwriting requirements Strong communication and relationship‑management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Preferred Valid Property and Casualty license Experience with Vertafore Sagitta ImageRight or similar systems Comfort with rating tools and Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability Core Competencies Detail orientation Accountability and follow‑through Collaborative mindset Client‑first thinking Compensation Hourly range: $24 – $28 per hour Eligible for performance‑based bonus: Yes Benefits Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, 401(k), generous PTO, and more.
