Job Description Job Description Legal Assistant Downtown San Diego Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-6:00pm availability required Pay: $24-$30/hour (based on experience) Job Overview Legal Assistant supporting front desk and intake operations for a busy law office. This is a high-volume, public-facing role and the first point of contact for clients and family members. The environment is fast paced, mission driven, and requires professionalism, discretion, compassion, and strong multitasking skills. What You'll Do Cover front desk and client intake Serve as the first face and voice clients interact with Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system (200+ calls per day) Greet walk-in clients while balancing calls and administrative tasks Handle sensitive government and legal documentation Distribute daily court calendars Translate legal information between English and Spanish Support attorneys and paralegals as needed Required Skills Fluent in English and Spanish (ability to translate) Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel Strong organization and multitasking abilities Comfortable in busy, public-facing environments Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour Search managed by: Nicolette Suskauer Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
