Service Advisor

Role: Service Advisor/Sales responsible for promoting and selling all products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following company standards. Key Duties Greet customers professionally both in person and by phone. Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and accurately identify service needs. Recommend services, clearly communicate additional suggestions, and document all recommendations. Promote sales by demonstrating product knowledge and understanding service requirements. Provide accurate quotes, update customers on service progress, and review completed work and warranties. Follow procedures for cashing out, and conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure satisfaction. Track returns, core parts, and warranty items for customers, performing other assigned duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to work a minimum of five days a week, including weekends. Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required. Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment. Compensation & Benefits Up to $90,000 annually (hourly + bonus).
