A premier luxury hospitality group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee multiple upscale concepts, elevate service and operational performance, develop high-performing teams, and support the continued growth of its portfolio.

Qualifications:

5+ years of senior operations leadership within upscale or luxury hospitality
Proven experience overseeing multiple restaurant concepts or locations
Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, labor, and cost controls
Demonstrated success developing General Managers and building high-performing teams
Excellent knowledge of service standards, guest experience, and operational consistency
Ability to support new openings, implement systems, and drive continued growth

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple upscale restaurant concepts
Partner with General Managers to drive sales, profitability, and operational consistency
Monitor budgets, P&Ls, labor, food costs, and key performance metrics
Develop, coach, and hold leadership teams accountable for performance
Maintain elevated service standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience
Implement systems, policies, and best practices across the portfolio
