Field Clinical Specialist, Chicago, TMTT

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Field Clinical Specialist to support transcatheter mitral and tricuspid valve therapies in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Northwest Indiana. The role involves clinical training, device expertise, and on-site guidance during cardiac procedures.
Responsibilities
- Educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate one-on-one training sessions and in-service programs in hospital settings
- Provide real-time guidance during clinical implants and develop contingency plans
- Identify therapy adoption opportunities with sales representatives and managers
- Document procedural case observations and collaborate on product feedback
Requirements
- Associate's degree in related field plus eight years medical device and/or clinical experience
- Medical device industry experience or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willingness to travel 60-75% including overnight stays
- Interventional cardiology or cardiac cath lab experience preferred
- Intraprocedural structural heart imaging, cardiac sonography (RDCS/RDS) experience preferred
- Knowledge of cardiovascular science and valvular heart disease
Compensation: $128,000-$154,000 base (Illinois)
