Territory size and scope of coverage can vary based on the needs of the geographic responsibilities./ppThe Oncology Hybrid Sales Specialist will utilize a multifaceted approach to communicate with key accounts including outbound calls to enhance product knowledge and use with key customers, inbound calls to aid in the client resource allocation to meet the needs of key offices, educate via Zoom, and or live face to face within the lung cancer key stakeholder community to promote the proper use of the oncology portfolio. The Hybrid Sales Specialist will have responsibilities in a variety of Sales, Customer Service, and administrative functions. In addition, the Hybrid Sales Specialist will serve as the key conduit for resource allocation and utilization within their given territory. In this role, you will convey complex clinical, diagnostics and access information to customers and key stakeholders so that all appropriate patients can benefit from therapy. You must be able to utilize strong interpersonal skills to establish yourself as a trusted partner. Through probing, define the patients unmet needs and align on solutions, compliantly and within the company framework that exceeds customer expectations.
