Your Mission

Own the reliability of packaging and manufacturing equipment on 1st shift. You’ll combine mechanical know-how with electrical troubleshooting to maximize uptime and product quality.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm (OT as needed)
• Prepare and set up equipment to meet the day’s production schedule.
• Engage operators, isolate issues quickly, and execute repairs that stick.
• Leverage manuals and your notes to configure lines, adjust conveyors, and document changes for repeatable setups.
• Tackle major mechanical overhauls on designated packaging machinery.
• Diagnose motors and electrical systems to confirm proper function and configuration.
• Perform PMs, recommend improvements, and carry out approved design modifications.
• Work to GMP and safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout; provide cross-shift support when required.
• Thrive independently and as a teammate in a fast-changing environment.

Is This You?

• 4+ years in mechanical maintenance within high-speed packaging/manufacturing ; food industry experience strongly preferred.
• Associate degree in electronics or Electrical Diploma/Certificate with 3+ years, or 5+ years of related hands-on experience.
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed in preventive maintenance strategies.
• Flexible to support days/afternoons/nights as needed.
• Calm under pressure; skilled at juggling priorities.
• Expert in Health & Safety and Lockout practices.
• CMMS familiarity a plus.
• Detail-driven, customer-service mindset, and a collaborative problem solver.
