Quick Facts Location: 55 Fruit Street, Boston, MA 02114 Start Date: 11/11/2026 End Date: 05/12/2027 Shift: 3x13-Hour shifts (06:00 – 19:00) Hours/Week: 39 hours/week Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: MA Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) license required; DEA, ACLS, BLS certifications Experience: Minimum 2 years of critical care experience in ICU Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $97.48 Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Support ICU team as a responding clinician, responding to critically ill adult patients Round with the attending physician, perform patient assessments, and complete documentation Respond to patient needs and assist in patient management based on protocols Collaborate with attending and staff APPs and MDs for optimal patient care Support with bread-and-butter ICU procedures (no complex neuro, transplants, or intubations) Maintain high standards of patient safety and care delivery in a teaching hospital setting What You Need Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license in adult or acute care DEA license Minimum 2 years ICU experience in adult critical care ACLS and BLS certifications Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Willingness to work primarily nights and weekends (minimum 2 weekend shifts/month) About the Assignment This position at a top teaching hospital in Boston offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a busy ICU with a supportive team.
