Law Clerk

Hupy and Abraham S.C., an AV-rated personal injury law firm, is looking for a motivated Law Clerk for our Milwaukee office . Our Law Clerks support our litigation attorneys with legal document production, legal case law research, and screening new client calls. Their duties include, but are not limited to the following; RESPONSIBILITIES: Draft summons/complaints, motions, discovery, and other pleadings Legal Research Brief Writing Screening Potential Clients Trial Preparation Other duties as assigned by a litigation attorney REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates must have earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and be eligible or in the process of taking the Wisconsin Bar Exam or licensed by the Wisconsin State Bar.
