Hctec is seeking a Service Desk Analyst I to provide timely remote support from our 24/7 call center. You will help customers by gathering information, diagnosing issues, and delivering courteous service, both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, active listening, and basic Windows troubleshooting are essential. The role requires a high school diploma (associate or bachelor's degree preferred) and a willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hctec
