Remote Service Desk Analyst II — 24/7 Support

Hctec is seeking a Service Desk Analyst II to deliver timely remote support from our 24/7 call center. You will assist patients, physicians, and hospital staff with hospital applications and document all interactions in the Healthy IT ticketing system. The role requires excellent customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work independently or on a team in a fast-paced environment.
