Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer, building scalable internal platforms, workflow execution tools, or enterprise software development systems. Experience integrating large language models and artificial intelligence into practical applications, and automating workflows or other creative use cases. Ability to collaborate with Product Management to ensure engineering solutions are aligned with business goals. Responsibilities Lead the design of an intelligent launch assistant using Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI to analyze technical documents and automate recommendations. Collaborate with the Lead PM to translate user journeys into scalable architectures, driving the evolution from minimum viable product (MVP) to a fully automated end-state. Replace fragmented trackers with a unified workflow engine featuring transparent criteria, blocker tracking, and automated Service Level Agreement (SLAs). Replace manual questionnaires with a dynamic logic engine that triggers Security and Compliance reviews only when necessary. Build the back-end for a real-time executive dashboard tracking North Star metrics like velocity, quality, and throughput.
