Operations Administrator - Hybrid Position

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Operations Administrator - Hybrid position with a leading pharmacy benefit manager located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Pay range: $22.53 - $23.23 per hour.

This is a hybrid position for a candidate local to the Minneapolis area, combining remote work with onsite work. The role involves an overnight schedule, working four 10-hour shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Wednesday. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incidents, tasks, and changes related to IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work on incidents and tasks specific to IT operations
• Handle changes on a nightly basis
• Follow operational documentation and procedures

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience working in IT operations
• Experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, and basic desktop administration
• Knowledge of ROBOT Scheduler and IBM AS400 skills
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, rotating one week in the office and one week remote
• Must be able to work the overnight shift (Sunday – Wednesday, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Availability for overtime shifts as needed
