Job Details Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Admission to the New York State Bar, in good standing 3-6 years of experience in commercial real‑estate finance transactions Demonstrated experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in mortgage and mezzanine financing matters Strong drafting and negotiation skills, including loan documents and ancillary agreements Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive work ethic Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
