Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT

Job Title

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Pay Transparency

$22.30 per hour.

Additional Details

FT Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (1330-2200) and Saturday (1230-1830). The desired location for this position would be Novi, MI. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.
