This role operates within an outpatient office context, designed to accommodate a remote work model. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for predictable hours to facilitate your personal commitments outside of work.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, paying particular attention to the symptoms' intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaboratively develop customized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address clients' diverse challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies through clear communication and empathetic support.
\n
• Monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as required based on observed changes and feedback.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care for clients.

• Stay current with ongoing research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continuously enhance clinical practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal, ethical, and clinic guidelines.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to promote ongoing learning.

• Advocate for clients, challenging mental health stigmas and ensuring their voices and needs are heard.

The primary focus of this position is on clients dealing with relationship challenges, including divorce and familial conflicts. You will be instrumental in guiding individuals and families through emotional turbulence, leveraging therapeutic techniques tailored specifically for resolving interpersonal conflicts and enhancing relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required for this position.
