About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing for Clinical Solutions. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in unifying enterprise B2B demand generation and direct-to-user B2C growth into a cohesive strategy that has a measurable impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product marketing strategy across the clinical solutions portfolio, from positioning to sales enablement. This includes building deep market intelligence, defining value propositions for different buyer segments, and leading a team of product marketers. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in product marketing, particularly in the healthcare, health IT, or life sciences sectors, and a deep understanding of how clinical tools are integrated into the buying and adoption processes within health systems. Applicants for the VP of Product Marketing role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise B2B buying cycles in healthcare, health IT, or life sciences, and a proven ability to build and scale a product marketing function. Key requirements include exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences, and experience in building sales and customer success enablement toolkits. The role also requires fluency in clinical decision support, EHR ecosystems, or point-of-care tools, and a deep understanding of how AI is influencing clinical workflows. The candidate should be adept at working cross-functionally and be able to translate clinical nuances into commercial clarity. Experience in US and international markets is essential, as is a background in a clinical decision support company or similar AI-native peers.
