Employment Type: Temporary Contract (W-2)
Licenses/Certs: Valid Nursing License, BLS & ACLS required
Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in acute care
Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the PCU float pool setting
- Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
- Manage patient care with an estimated ratio of 1:3-4
- Start IVs, perform telemonitoring, and utilize Epic electronic medical records effectively
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety, and infection control policies
What You Need:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU/PCU or acute care nursing experience
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in IV starts, telemonitoring, and Epic EMR
- Experience floating to different units
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
